Solution
We spent around 60 days on the forensic accounting project and then proceeded to implement real-time, interactive KPI dashboards, fully automate AP systems, and put ironclad internal controls in place so users of the financials had more confidence in the growth of the company.

We utilized our QBO partnerships along with our backend AI partner company, Booke.ai, to provice the client with a solution and get them up and running. We also implemented a reporting system so they had access to their financials from anywhere.

We realized that we could offer our backend bookkeeping AI solution either in conjunction with our full suite of services or we could it offer it as a standalone product to smaller companies who wanted to self-manage their books but didn't have time to classify transactions on a daily basis.
